Resetting your password
To reset your password, you need to remember either the email address you used when creating the account or the username that was automatically created for you:
- Go to Lost password.
- Fill in your username or your email address.
- Click Reset password.
- Check your email inbox.
- Open the email you should have received from SmartShape named “Password Reset for SmartShape Store”.
- Click on the link to reset your password.
- Enter a new password twice in the form.
- Click Save.
Your new password should now allow you to login to SmartShape.
